1. About us

Mugo & Co Legal Consultants UK (“Mugo Legal”) is authorised and regulated by the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC) under registration number F200700074. We provide immigration advice and representation at OISC Level 3 across all immigration categories.

2. Services

Our services are limited to immigration advice and assistance as permitted under the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999 and our OISC authorisation. We do not provide legal advice outside immigration law. Nothing on this website constitutes legal advice — it is general information only.

3. Consultations and fees

Consultation fees are payable at the time of booking. Fees are non-refundable if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or fail to attend. We will provide a written engagement letter setting out the scope of work and fees before commencing substantive immigration work on your behalf.

4. No guarantee of outcome

Immigration decisions are made solely by the Home Office or relevant tribunal. We cannot guarantee any particular outcome. Our advice is based on the information you provide and the law as it stands at the time of advice. Immigration law changes frequently and past case studies on this website do not guarantee similar results in your case.

5. Your responsibilities

You must provide us with full, accurate, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information may affect your immigration application and may constitute a criminal offence. We accept no liability for outcomes resulting from inaccurate information you provide.

6. Complaints

If you are unhappy with our service, please contact us in the first instance at info@mugolegal.co.uk. If we cannot resolve your complaint, you may refer it to the OISC. Details of the OISC complaints process are available at gov.uk/oisc.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special losses.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Privacy

Please read our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your personal data.
