The United Kingdom immigration control is about inclusion and exclusion according to certain criteria. Some people have absolute rights of entry to the UK, some can enter only with permission to do so, some may enter as residents but may still be excluded if they engage in criminal acts or their presence is considered a threat to the general good of society and others may obtain citizenship which then generally exempts them from immigration control. One's rights in the UK may be under the immigration law, nationality law, asylum law, EEC/EU law and human rights. That makes United Kingdom immigration very complex.

It is better to avoid the appeal process by ensuring that the initial application whether to the Home Office or entry clearance officer is likely to result in a sustainable decision because appealing against a negative immigration decision is stressful, may be slow and  expensive.

I am able to provide advice services to clients who are abroad by use of modern communication and technology such as fax, email, and telephone. E-mail is my preferred mode as it is very fast. If a client needs to attend interview at the British High Commission or Embassy, I advice  on legal technicalities and requirements that are needed for a particular application.
